I typically do daily warm-up exercises before delving into serious writing (hey, Great American Novels don’t write themselves) so here you will find the result of that exercise: an assortment of short stories—primarily speculative/science fiction in nature with a little fantasy (both other-realm and religious) and drama tossed in for flavoring—as well as the occasional true story essay, film/tv review, video essays, and podcasts.
I post every Monday and occasionally on Holidays, so feel free to take off your shoes and socks and treat yourself to a leisurely stroll through the garden of my imagination.

I thoroughly enjoyed your take on the original Invaders from Mars and had pretty much the same feeling as you. I left several spontaneous reactions to your retelling of the movie with actual large portions of it with your narration. And I am very grateful to you for identifying some of the actors especially that General whose display of anguish at the end of Rocketship XM to this day made me think they would do a sequel. Heck Jeff Bridges is still around isn’t he?
