I had a heart attack and spent a week in the hospital undergoing procedures. Just released tonight. Will post more when I feel stronger.

It was pretty scary, I must admit but the hospital staff treated me with kid gloves, now it’s on me to live a healthier lifestyle. I appreciated the concern, Tom!

Your heart is the only muscle in your body that never gets even a few seconds of rest. That doesn’t mean you can’t rest a little. Make sure you do everything you can to help it stay strong.
